A maximum of 8 delegates per course in 5 Star venues allows for interactive training through group discussion, role-plays and exercises giving delegates the "how to" applicable and adaptable skills that they can use on returning to work. Course Content - Making it Relevant! All delegates complete detailed pre-course questionnaires before the event enabling trainers to tailor course content in order to meet specific delegate needs. Delegate objectives are re-visited before, during and after the event allowing us to measure the true success of the training and address any delegate concerns as and when they arise. Beyond the Course – Making it Happen! Delegates develop personal action plans during the courses to ensure they have a clear understanding of how to apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills. To ensure the key learning points are not forgotten on returning to work, we will send out a postcard copy of each individual’s action plan approximately 1 month after the course. To support your learning, we provide extensive documentation on all courses including, theory, models, exercises, worksheets, case studies, action plans, slides and further reading and reference material. Where appropriate, some courses will also feature supporting textbooks that are provided for delegates as part of their training investment. Feedback – On-Going Course Development! In addition to anonymous delegate feedback sheets during the course, we encourage feedback from delegates after the training in the form of detailed appraisal forms and follow-up calls from our Account Executives to ensure you are getting the best return on investment. In addition to the delegate feedback, our trainers prepare a brief appraisal on all delegates that is available to the Training or HR Departments with the delegate’s permission and can be used towards assessing an individual’s personal development and career progress in relation to achieving set goals.
