This intensive leadership programme is the first of its kind to be delivered in Europe that focuses on the human element of leadership: development and performance & productivity. Both ultimately drive and integrate with the organisational elements: systems, IT, finance, innovation, sales, marketing and human resources. The programme’s goal is to create a 21st century leader capable of operating in complex conditions to deliver results, adapt to change, solve problems and drive performance & productivity. It develops what is considered to be ‘next generation’ leadership skills of being reflective, emotionally intelligent, adaptive, cognitive, agile and situational. Content and practice integrate multiple disciplines, perspectives, approaches, theories and research with performance, adult development, typology, socio-cultural, anthropology, psychology, biology, evolution, neuroscience and behaviour.

This course is designed and delivered with ‘70-20-10’ practice approach. The programme aims to build leadership capacity and it will use robust ‘best in class’ academic theories (with decades of proven commercial application), live workshop practice (pairs or triads), peer group learning, and feedback. Our course will help leaders to develop leadership style to dramatically transform productivity & performance in role and of others through performance coaching, supporting leaders in key roles to perform at high levels and produce results. All programme work and outcomes are directly linked to practical role application. Participants are expected to have extensive work experience and bring live leadership issues, challenges and problems.
