Project Management for Pharmaceutical Professionals
-
The pharmaceutical industry and generics industry faces increasing pressure to research, develop and bring drugs to market in shorter timescales and within tighter budgets. This requires project-based skills outside ones functional role including a different set of technical and interpersonal skills that can be applied to pharmaceutical projects. The FDA Critical Path initiative is also impacting on the importance of using project management for running pharmaceutical projects. We offer a great opportunity to share experiences and best practice with other pharmaceutical industry professionals.
