  • Our training philosophy

Our expert trainers combine with our cutting edge course content to focus on delivering content through expert facilitation and dynamic presentations with relevant and transferable practical case studies bringing the theory to life.

Effective Project Stakeholder Management

A project is only a success when key stakeholders agree that it is so. On time, to cost and to agreed quality standards means to the time, cost and standards agreed (and often renegotiated during the project) with stakeholders. Effective management of relationships with stakeholders is critical to project success.

Turning 'Theory' into 'Practice'?

At this highly practical and interactive training course you will learn how effectively manage the client that changes their mind during the project, and get results from the sub contractor who says they will, but doesn’t. Through effective management of key stakeholders you can reduce losses from cost overruns, manage risk more effectively and be more certain of client satisfaction at the end of the project.
