Building and Implementing a Human Resources Strategy: A Master Class

Human Resources has evolved from a reactive and administrative role into a proactive, business focused function that is increasingly taking its place at the boardroom table. That change has been driven in part by the increasing recognition that an organisations Human Resource strategy is a key tool in implementing the organisations overall business strategy.

Turning 'Theory' into 'Practice'?

This Master Class programme is designed for individuals and organisations that have experience in business strategy and want to either improve or formalise their Human Resources strategy. Participants are encouraged to undertake pre-course work on their organisation to allow the facilitator to create an individualised participant programme that will equip attendees with the: a) knowledge, tools and techniques to either refine their HR strategy or formally implement their business strategy through its employees b) personal skills and knowledge to improve their own ability to undertake an HR strategic role
