Transforming Human Resources How HR Can Become Business Aligned

Organisations that are considering the transformation of their Human Resources function typically look to either create an internal or outsourced Shared Service function and/or introduce the Business Partner role. However, experience shows that both approaches can often result in a needlessly extended transition period as the wider impact on relationships within the HR function and between the HR function and line managers is ignored. The benefits to an organisation of transforming HR can be realised if there is clear understanding of the goals of the programme, there is clarity of the various roles within the new function and line managers are involved at every stage of the process.

Turning 'Theory' into 'Practice'?

This highly interactive and innovative workshop will equip attendees with the knowledge, tools and techniques to either begin an Human Resources transformation or improve their existing HR model.
