Practical Project Management for PAs, Secretaries and Team Administrators
-
As organisations are becoming more flexible, and as technology increases the opportunities for changes in structures and working patterns, the role of the secretary, the PA and the team administrator is also changing. As well as predicting and responding to the needs of your boss, the role increasingly finds you taking on responsibility for managing projects of your own and/or becoming integrated into departmental or cross-functional project teams. At all levels of project responsibility you will require an understanding of essential project management theory, methodology and application. Along with developing your practical project skills, this course will benefit you in all aspects of your role from day to day multi tasking to managing and leading project and change initiatives of all sizes.
- Turning 'Theory' into 'Practice'?
-
We have created a programme that will introduce you to the skills, tools and the methodologies essential to the successful planning and controlling of projects. Of particular focus will be the development of your own people management and interpersonal skills required to deliver performance on projects at all levels. The course is driven by practical experience and your needs, giving you the opportunity to immediately apply your new understandings and skills to your own projects.
